The challenge
A two-day tournament with 500 players needs more than fixtures. Scheduling, ground control, crew, brand presence and player experience all had to hold together across both days without a single dead hour.

Outcome
500 footballers played a tournament that ran on time and felt like an occasion. One year after interning at Decathlon Motera, founder Vivaan Manish Tiwari returned, this time as the founder of KNEAT Events, organizing the tournament.
